Who has been the most important person on your writing journey?

I feel something that most of us agree about is that isolation can arrive hand-in-hand with authorship. It is very difficult to get people to read your work when often they presume that it may not be good simply because you are close to them. A few people I’ve spoken to have said that they had no support or interest whatsoever and that led to them giving up.
For me, it was the unwavering support from my wife, Jo and my biggest fan and mother-in-law, Margaret. Dave Griggs, who does my proofreading has given me a different perspective in that he has been totally objective and will confront me with things that don’t necessarily work. After that, it would those followers who are enthused about the books.
