As a result of over-population and with natural resources dwindling and crime escalating at an exorbitant rate, the President and his government are about to make a decision which could be catastrophic for all remaining survivors.With the extinction of humanity fast approaching only three teenagers on the base stand between the government and their elaborate plan to stay alive at the cost of millions of others.
