The companion is a guide to York, specific to the locations and characters of The Micklegate series and, as such, should be used to either research the many locations mentioned in the series or as a literal visitor’s guide to ‘Micklegate’ York. It includes maps, directions, photographs, quotes and anecdotes as well as original watercolour paintings by the author.
