Host to a brood of sprites, Althea has little time to herself. Living in a small dingy apartment doesn't make her life any easier either.

So when she is offered a lot of money for the sprites' larvae, she's hesitant, but she can't deny it would be nice to have her life back. The money wouldn't hurt, either.

The shady dealers, however, have something else on their mind and offer her another deal. Carry on allowing the sprite to feed off her for more money, or walk away.

Desperate to escape from the life she despises, she walks away.
